| Welcome, |
Welcome
to Willow View United Methodist Church. Thank you for visiting us
online to browse and look around as you become more familiar with our
church, our mission, and our ministries. We hope you will join us
in person for worship each Sunday morning at 9:00 or 11:00 and for
Sunday school at 10:10.
This spring at Willow View we have been focusing on the essential
aspects of our spiritual lives. We continue that emphasis on the
basics with our current sermon series entitled "Roots." This
series will take us back to some of the most well-known characters in
the Bible: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. These stories lay
the foundation for the rest of the Bible. And what stories they
are! Their faith is inspiring, their life stories are filled with
tragedy and triumph, and their personal lives make Hollywood films look
tame by comparison. Intrigue, betrayal, love, and devotion are a
part of their lives. These are stories about real people who were
fabulous and flawed, just like you and me.
In this series you will learn a lot about these characters and you'll
understand how their lives hold critical lessons for you today.
Join us as we journey back to our "Roots" in this important sermon
series at Willow View.
